Note- FTC (6 months) Key Responsibilities * Produce, develop, and maintain clear and concise single aisle AMM and TSMs to support our Customer in a scheduled phase. * Research, analyse and understand the technology and applications for which documentation will be produced. Collaborate with design office engineers and managers to clarify any technical queries. * The role will also include co-ordination with our offshore production team. * Demonstrable exemplary technical writing capability Excellent technical comprehension, including the ability to understand the detailed function and performance of Fuel system, tanks and associated components. Education/Qualifications * A recognised technical authoring qualification (ISCT, NVQ, Diploma, etc.) degree or equivalent. High level of competence using applications, GIPSY GIDOCA, SAP, ZAMIZ, DACAS, PDMLink. * Familiar with the standards ATA100 iSpec2200 S1000D and ASD STE100 * Knowledge in understanding engineering drawings, specifications, and various other engineering documents. * Tools : Airbus PDM service, PASS-SSI, PSE, ESDCR, i-AMT consultation, ICC-CADB, AIRINA and DEREX applications. Other tools: 3D XML Player, Product View, 3D JUMMP Infinite, Creo, Epic editor, AirnavX & CATIA Composer * Understanding of SDD, SDD-MAX, and RED for AWOs and PWOs. Professional Skills/Abilities * High levels of technical writing capabilities and an ability to understand the function and performance of single aisle fuel system. * Good proofreading skills, the ability to research and analyse complex technical information. * The ability to follow company documentation procedures and client specifications and user guides. * Experience in presenting information for training, installation, and maintenance purposes. * Ability to deliver to deadlines. Ability to communicate and have discussions at a technical level. * High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Personal Qualities Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate the flow of information with engineers, and offshore team. Excellent and clear written and spoken communication skills. Detail conscious, systematic and thorough. A good team player. Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Able and willing to travel on occasion.
