This role is for an Engineering Tem Lead to lead multiple multi-functional teams supporting the Marine Defence environment. The Engineering Team Lead is responsible for: Leadership & Governance of multiple multi-functional teams Leading and owning the engineering resources Supporting the recruitment of additional resources against the profiles set by the business Technical Authority or Delegated TA as appropriate Ensuring the technical and engineering aspects of the projects are delivered appropriately Assisting in building the wider engineering capability Engaging with customer and understanding customer Requirements Undertake periodic reviews with Customer/Resources and Suppliers as appropriate Generation of Technical proposals Understanding of technical work-packages and tasking to team members at appropriate levels A bachelor's degree in an engineering subject
