Systems Engineer BRIEF OVERVIEW - Role: Systems Engineer - Location: Banbury - Role type: Permanent - Salary/Rate: Up to £60k DOE - Working type: On-site with some flexibility Recruit 12 has an exciting opportunity for an Electronics Engineer to work with a business who are looking at advanced technology across a range of sectors, such as Defence, Aerospace, Automotive, Marine, Clean Energy, etc. You'll have the opportunity work on various projects, from clean sheet design to production, so you'll never be bored! RESPONSIBILITIES - Capture and analysis system requirements - Make sure requirements are well-defined, consistent and traceable - Ensure requirements accurately capture desired behaviours - Overall requirements management - System design and analysis - Ensure components and subsystems are correctly integrated - Maintain relevant documentation - Assist with ensuring schedules and budgets are adhered to - Risk identification and issue resolution - Monitor process and system performance REQUIRED SKILLS - Full lifecycle systems engineering - Sound knowledge of MBSE - Experience working on complex, safety-critical projects - System architecture modelling (such as SysML) - Excellent communication skills DESIRABLE (NOT ESSENTIAL) - Degree in a relevant engineering discipline - Knowledge of safety standards (such as ISO26262, ARP4754, etc)
