System Coordinator Crewe, Cheshire Initial 3-Month Contract, available for immediate Start £19.54 Per Hour (PAYE) Autoscan UK Limited is a leading provider of quality assurance and inspection services to the automotive industry. We're currently looking to recruit a System Coordinator for an exciting opportunity at a prestigious automotive supplier based in the Crewe area of Cheshire. The role will initially be based full-time on site but Hybrid working is open for discussion and could potentially be offered after the first 5 weeks in the role. In this role you'll be responsible for updating internal systems such as KPM which is used to record and manage supplier parts problems. This will involve checking all logged concerns are recorded correctly and adhere to the relevant processes, ensuring that all concerns are where they need to be within the closure process, helping to support an efficient response to seeking solutions to expedite closure of all concerns. Further Job responsibilities are also outlined below - * Organise and facilitate team meetings focussed on achieving the departmental strategic deliverables. * Arrange the meeting locations, facilities, attendees and any supporting data required. * Track projects for ownership and progress to completion, escalating topics that are not progressing as agreed. * Analyse data and identify trends that illustrate recurring issues * Driving task driven meetings to ensure issues / concerns are allocated to the correct problem owner. * Overall Project management of concerns raised within the system Requirements * Experience of assembling & presenting data to cross functional teams . * Solid experience of driving task driven meetings and allocation of issues / concerns to the correct problem owner. * Excellent problem solving skills and data analysis skills. * Previous experience of using bespoke IT systems. * Previous experience of working in or managing matrix organisations. * Good project management capability (tracking & driving the teams to meet targets). * Knowledge of Windows applications. * Experience in KPI creation, monitoring and tracking Previous project coordination experience in an automotive manufacturing or a first tier automotive supplier environment would be a distinct advantage, as would previous problem solving experience.
