Support Customer Care & Transport Partners with Transport queries (for example Returned Shipments, Failed collections, missing documentation, customs issues) To work with the credit team to resolve credit queries. To create and manage buyback transport requests/documentation. To manage 3rd party Logistics partner - arranging shipments back to suppliers, resolving any incorrect shipments. To support to Manager with any monthly reporting requirements. To maintain and update backend internal and external parts list / address database. Skills & Experience Excellent communication skills Competent on word, excel, ppt. Strong organisational skills Professional handling of all internal and external communications with regards to quality. Good attention to detail when dealing with goods in Strong time management for the control of self-workload.
