Company sick pay.Your Responsibilities: Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on agricultural machinery both in the depot and on customer sites across Durham. Accurately complete timecards and adhere to company service procedures. Utilise diagnostic tools and technical knowledge to effectively troubleshoot complex issues. Provide support and act as a deputy for the Service Manager when needed. Assist in coordinating daily workshop operations, allocating work and managing workflow efficiently. Coach and mentor Technicians, promoting a focus on quality and a "right first time" approach to all repairs.What we're looking for: 3-5 years' experience as a Service Technician within the agricultural or a related industry. Proven leadership qualities and the ability to guide, support, and motivate a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working as a Working Supervisor or Agricultural Supervisor is advantageous.
