HP4 Recruitment Ltd are currently looking for a MET Technician in the Coalville area. Our Client has just a few requirements for a MET/Strip Fitter to join their team of Body shop Professionals. Our Client, a busy up and coming Automotive Fleet Management Site is seeking a skilled MET/Strip Fitter to join their existing team of Bodyshop Professionals. What they require from the successful MET TechnicianStrip Fitter: * Previous experience as an MET Technician/Strip/Fitter or in a similar role within the Bodyshop and automotive industry. * Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques. * Able to legally drive a manual vehicle in the UK * Diagnostic experience * Strip/fit experience * EV basic awareness (Desirable but not required) * ADAS calibration experience (Desirable but not required) Duties of a MET Technician/Strip Fitter: * Assessing the level of damage for vehicle disassembly. * Removing damaged panels and reassembling vehicles after repair. * the key areas are to remove/refit components and damaged panels, ready for cosmetic preparation. Working with state-of-the-art digital job cards to complete work lines and order necessary parts that maybe required. Accessing the most up-to-date tooling and diagnostic equipment to assist with ADAS calibration, fault finding and rectification.
