We're recruiting on behalf of a busy and respected body shop that’s looking for a skilled Strip Fitter to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to work in a modern workshop with a team that takes pride in delivering top-quality repairs. Key Responsibilities: * Removing and refitting mechanical, electrical, and trim components on a variety of vehicles * Diagnosing and assessing damage to determine the correct method of repair * Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards and within timelines * Working alongside panel beaters, paint sprayers, and estimators to ensure smooth workflow * Following health and safety regulations at all times * Keeping accurate records of work completed Requirements: * Proven experience as a Strip Fitter / MET Technician in a body shop environment * Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality * ATA qualification is advantageous but not essential Salary: £28,000 – £40,000 per annum depending on experience 📞 Apply now to join a busy and professional team where your skills will be valued
