We are seeking a number of Software Engineers to join their team on a permanent or contract basis.  You will work on a hybrid working pattern with the head office based in the Bedfordshire area, where site presence is required 3 days per week. Key responsibilities include: Understanding system requirements and translate into software requirements. User requirement review. Implementing low level software design. Developing algorithms for signal processing, data analysis and visualisation. Completing software development activity to create a vital tool used in the detailed analysis of safety critical systems. Software verification and validation. The Person The Software Engineer will specialise in the delivery of robust coding that integrates into systems as part of defence products that include land, air and naval platforms. You will be a self-starter with the ability to utilise your experience and knowledge within software development to produce safety critical code where precision and security is imperative. Experience Required for the Software Engineer role: Degree in Computer Science or similar. Experience in development of safety critical software ideally in a security cleared environment. Experience using the ADA language.
