Completing cosmetic paint repairs to a high standard. Mixing and colour matching paint accurately. Refinishing repaired areas with a polished, showroom-quality finish. Repairing painted and diamond-cut alloy wheels. Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail. Keeping up to date with the latest SMART repair techniques and industry developments. About You We're interested in speaking with candidates who have: Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician, Wheel Technician, Paint Sprayer, Vehicle Painter, or Cosmetic Repair Technician. Experience within the automotive sector is preferred. Candidates from valeting, detailing, vehicle preparation, or similar backgrounds with transferable skills will also be considered. Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work. A full UK driving licence.
