Smart Repairer/ Specialist Repairer  Location NN17  Pay £14.46ph - £16.61ph (DOE) Hours: 06:00am - 16:00pm Monday to Friday  The Role We are currently recruiting for a Smart Repairer to join a busy, modern bodyshop environment. You will work as part of an experienced team in a state-of-the-art facility, ensuring vehicles are prepared and finished to the highest standards for customers. This role is ideal for an experienced Smart Repair Technician / Quickfix professional who is looking for a fresh and rewarding challenge within the automotive sector. Responsibilities Polishing newly painted panels, removing dirt inclusions and ensuring a finish that matches factory standards Carrying out windscreen, plastic, and interior repairs Removing scratches and correcting minor paint defects Completing leather repairs to a high standard Accurately completing all required documentation and adhering to company procedures Managing time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain workshop efficiency Supporting and training new team members when required Skills and Experience Previous experience in a similar role  Full UK driving licence Willingness to support junior technicians and share expertise A strong passion for the motor industry with pride in delivering high-quality workmanship Ability to work independently and make informed decisions when required Excellent attention to detail If you are available and interested, please get in touch with your details and availability.
