SMART Repair Technician Location: Bristol Salary: £44,000 – £55,000 OTE Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Overtime available) About the Role We are looking for an experienced and detail-focused SMART Repair Technician to carry out high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician to join a busy operation, delivering repairs to a high standard while earning a strong OTE. Key Responsibilities * Carry out SMART repairs including paint, plastic, trim, and minor panel repairs * Repair scuffs, scratches, dents, and cosmetic body damage * Prepare, paint, and blend panels to a high standard * Undertake interior and exterior cosmetic repairs * Ensure all work meets manufacturer and company quality standards * Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment * Accurately complete job cards and repair documentation * Adhere to health & safety procedures at all times About You * Proven experience as a SMART Repair Technician * Confident working independently and managing workload * Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship * Strong paint mixing, colour matching, and blending skills * ATA accreditation preferred but not essential * Full UK driving licence What’s On Offer * £44,000 – £55,000 OTE * Monday–Friday working pattern * Overtime opportunities * Ongoing training and ATA accreditation support * Modern equipment and facilities * Pension scheme and company benefits
