On behalf of our client, a leading Aerospace & Defence manufacturing business, we are actively recruiting a Site Facilitator to join their team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have previous site facilities management experience and be confident overseeing security, health & safety, and contractor management. Role * Manage site security and access, including the allocation of keys and security fobs. * Act as Fire Marshal, ensuring training is up to date and maintaining compliance. * Oversee First Aid provisions, ensuring adequate site cover and training compliance. * Coordinate fire extinguisher servicing, annual fire alarm and smoke alarm testing. * Maintain and update building schematics to support site operations. * Ensure Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) are in place for contractors. * Act as the primary contact for site security providers (ADT). * Take ownership of Business Continuity Management files. * Oversee electrical work and site maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Skills * Previous facilities management experience in a similar role. * Strong understanding of site security, health & safety compliance, and contractor management. * Ability to manage multiple facilities tasks and prioritise workloads effectively. * Knowledge of fire safety regulations, first aid requirements, and risk assessments. * Experience liaising with external security, maintenance, and fire safety providers. * Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
