Part Time Hours Available (20 Hours Minimum) 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Family Run Dealership Environment Requirements of a Showroom Host / Administrator: Based in the showroom as the first point of contact for customers. Welcome customers into the showroom assuring that they receive a really warm welcome as they come in. Making customer comfortable in the lounge area, making them drinks and engaging with them. Support the administration department Ensuring the relevant person/manager is located and advised of their arrival. Answering incoming calls in a professional way and transferring the call through to the correct person. Making a sure the showroom lounge area is an inviting and pleasant environment i.e. music / magazines / cold drinks and hot drinks machines are catered for. Taking details and handing out brochures when required.
