The Role * As a Sheet Metal Worker, you'll be responsible for executing all aspects of the sheet metal work processes, including stretch forming, manual press work, guillotine operation, and general fabrication activities. Key Duties and Responsibilities * Performing sheet metal fabrication on parts utilizing fixtures, abrading, drilling, deburring, and fitting inserts. * Operating stretch forms, press brakes, guillotines, and associated equipment. * Maintaining a clean, audit-ready work area with proper documentation. * Reading and interpreting customer specifications and technical drawings. * Completing operations per route cards and NADCAP requirements. * Continuous improvement of work practices to exceed standards. * Adhering to all health, safety, and PPE policies. Required Skills * Experience with sheet metal work across various products (preferred). * Familiarity with part dressing, assembly tooling, drilling, and riveting. * Experience operating stretch forms, press brakes, guillotines, etc. * Ability to follow procedures, instructions, and work collaboratively. * Commitment to safety and quality standards.
