As a Workshop Controller / Assistant Bodyshop Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day to day running of the business. You will be responsible for supervising the operations of the workshop, ensuring that vehicles are maintained. The ideal candidate will have great organisational and leadership skills, have a strong background in the automotive arena. As a Workshop Controller / Assistant Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to: * You will need to be able to delegate and allocate jobs to the technicians to ensure that the vehicles are being repaired in a timely manner * Monitor the progress of customers vehicle and relay updates to customers with the progress of their vehicle * Maintaining accurate records carried out in the workshop, raising invoicing and billing when necessary * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns or complaints to ensure a positive experience * Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to As a Workshop Controller / Assistant Bodyshop Manager, you will have: * Previous experience as a Workshop Controller / Assistant Bodyshop Manager * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Knowledge of automotive repairs / techniques * Proficient computer skills / outlook / excel Hours: * Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 4:30PM Benefits: * Competitive salary * Bonus! * Holiday allowance – 22 days + Statutory If you are interested in a confidential conversation regarding the above position, please apply for the role or give Simmy a call on: (phone number removed) MotorMatch LTD is advertising this vacancy in its capacity as an employment business.
