The main duties of the role include: Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in accordance with company standards Meet individual and departmental targets within agreed timescales Keep up to date on technical information Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues & sell-up opportunities Complete videos explaining fault and repair to customer Your Profile: IMI Level 3 Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance qualification or equivalent Proven experience working at a main dealer manufacturer or national or independent service/repair retailers Proven experience working on complex repairs and maintenance of vehicles Must be eligible to work in the UK and have a valid clean UK Driving Licence for a minimum of 1 year Salary and Benefits A salary in region of £33,000 - £36,000 per annum with a realistic OTE £60,000 per annum plus a competitive benefits package.
