Your responsibilities will include- In the role of Service Supervisor, you will serve as a Service Supervisor, based in the Leighton Buzzard area. You will be part of an exceptional team ensuring that you are supporting the Plant Fitters maintain the high standards of the business, upkeep, servicing, and repair of our company's extensive fleet of Plant Hire equipment. Offering support to Plant Fitters Reviewing budgetts Meet, greet and exceed customers expectations Ensuring customers are kept up to date with status of repairs Working along side the warranty team Communicating with field service engineers to ensure work is completed to a high standard Provide support and mentoring for less experienced Plant Fitters. Work with a fantastic team of qualified Plant Fitters.Other industries considered- HGV/Powered Access/Agricultural/PlantExperience essential for this role - Full UK Driving Licence is required NVQ Level 2 or higher in a form of engineering CSCS card Fully qualified Plant Fitter - do not need supervising experience but must have experience as a Plant Fitter A good understanding of Hydraulic, Electric and Mechanical systems Previous experience maintaining, diagnosing and repairing faults with a variety of plant.
