The Service Receptionist role / responsibilities include (but not limited to): Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner. Managing service bookings on day-to-day basis, ensuring efficient workshop loading. Complete service estimates accurately, clearly, and quickly. Keep customers up to date with costs, progress and authorisations. Prepare job cards & raise invoices. Working: Alternate weeks, Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm / 9am – 6pm. 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am - Midday.
