Service manager We are currently seeking a Service Manager to join our small team in providing excellent customer service and overseeing the service operations. The ideal candidate must fit into this niche team of 4 technicians and 2 service advisors and have a background within a main dealer service department as a service manager as we need someone to hit the ground running. You will have excellent customer service, and excellent team management Skills set as a Service manager will be * Manage and lead the team of service staff and workshop technicians * Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner * Oversee invoicing procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions * Implement strategies to maximise sales through effective upselling techniques * Monitor service quality and compliance with company standards * Coordinate with other departments to streamline service processes Service manager Skills: * Proven experience in service management within a main dealer * Proficiency in running a team and attaining budgets * Ability to effectively upsell products or services to customers * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Leadership capabilities to guide and motivate a team Join us as a Service Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional service while driving business growth.
