Service Manager Full Time, Permanent Up to £40,000 PA + £10k OTE Hull (Onsite) Heritage PS Talent Solutions are working on behalf of our client. Heritage PS Talent Solutions are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to work with our well established Main Dealer client in Hull on a full-time, permanent basis. Main duties of the Service Manager: To ensure all the benefits provided by Drive to their customers will be offered on all opportunities in an effective way. You are expected to monitor, coach and train Service Advisors to achieve business goals. You and your team should strive to achieve the accepted customer satisfaction standards and customer retention. Complaints should be managed and resolved effectively whilst adhering to policies and procedures. To take responsibility for the profit of the department and actively strive to achieve budgets set. Maintain and review reports regularly to look at staff efficiencies and productivity. Produce reports in a timely manner for board meetings. Ensure all Drive processes are fully adhered to. Take responsibility for any health and safety issues and ensure compliance with regulations. Requirements of a Service Manager: Proven experience in an Assistant Service Manager / Service Manager role. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong organisational and scheduling abilities Ability to motivate and push team members to achieve exceptional results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits of the Service Manager: Basic Salary £40,000 - OTE up to £50,000 24 Days holiday + Bank holidays - Increasing with length of service.
