Job Title: Service Manager – Small Luxury Car Dealership Location: Chiswick, W4 5PY Salary: Basic Salary £40,000 + Bonus – OTE £60,000 + Car Our client is one of the UK’s fastest growing dealer groups representing a number of well respected and popular brands across dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Suffolk and Essex. They are currently looking for an engaging and highly motivated Service Manager to join their Small Luxury Car Dealership in Chiswick. The Service Manager will be overseeing 3 Vehicle Technicians and 2 Service Advisors. What you’ll do The Service Manager will be leading a team of Service staff. You will undoubtedly be a people manager with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable business expansion. As a customer-focused manager, you will inspire your team to provide the best possible services for the customer whilst ensuring the Company profit targets are achieved. You will be able to enhance the current team by providing support, coaching and motivation to them. Who you are As a person, you are curious, creative, and enthusiastic. Your experience To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Automotive sector.
