JobTitle: Service Manager Salary: £50,000 basic, OTE £70,000 Location: Brentford Hawkfield Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to join our clients flag ship dealership based in Brentford, West London. Our client has grown from 5 dealers in 2015 to 16 in 2023. They are a highly successful privately owned dealer group with sites across London, Berkshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Role overview: Our client is looking for a Service Manager to join the team at their newly refurbished West London site. As the Service Manager you will be reporting into and assisting the aftersales manager and will collaborate closely and assume delegated responsibilities to support the growth of the Aftersales operation. Key responsibilities of Service Manager: Your key responsibilities as the Service Manager will be to: * Lead a team of 6 Service Advisors and 16 Technicians. * Supervise daily operations, including workload distribution, service scheduling, and customer interactions. * Work with the Aftersales Manager to optimise the efficiency and performance of all departments within the Aftersales operation. * Ensure a seamless, customer-centric operation that consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience. * Apply a commercially-minded approach to identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth. * Set, track, and exceed performance targets to drive departmental success.
