Your Responsibilities as the Service Manager You will lead, motivate and inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve depot and individual goals - KPI's etc. Responsible for cost management, monitoring compliance and statutory regulations ensuring quality and service standards are met. Carry out staff appraisals ensuring any personal development goals are met and supported Overall responsibility of ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to Assisting with any additional training as required.
