Service Manager required for our Client’s well-established Independent Automotive Specialist, based in the Manchester area. For your hard work for our Client you can expect a basic salary of up to £40,000, with OTE of £45,000. The hours of work in this Service Manager position are Monday to Friday (08:30:17:30), including every other Saturday morning (negotiable). Benefits: * Performance-related bonus and long-term progression opportunity * Holiday allowance starting at 20 days + bank holidays (potentially negotiable to 25) * Supportive independent business environment with real autonomy * Stable, established workshop with experienced technical support Responsibilities: * Leading and supporting a small workshop team, including Technicians, Apprentices & Service Advisors. * Retaining a hands-on approach within the Workshop, instead of office-based. * Organised and the ability to think on your feet * Innovative with the ability to think of new methods to drive performance through your team * Target focused and can drive a team of Service Professionals to success Requirements: * Previous working experience within a Service Manager, Workshop Controller capacity. * Outstanding Management skills * Technically minded * Ability to get things done without compromising on Service delivered.
