Motor Trade Service Centre Manager for Service and MOT Centre in Leicester, Leicestershire Salary in region of £32-35,000 + bonus 45 hours per week, 5 day working week (Saturdays on a rota, day off in the week in lieu of working Saturdays) We have a great opportunity for a vibrant and enthusiastic Centre Manager to join our Client's vehicle Service, Repair and MOT centre in Leicester. Responsibilities: Driving the quality and consistency of the customer experience; Effectively coaching and managing the team of Vehicle Technicians and Front of House staff; Managing stock levels; Effectively and professionally manage any customer complaints; Motivate and drive the team to reach/exceed targets. The ideal candidate will come from a Technical background, having trained initially as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic. However, this is not essential, as the role will mainly be front of house, people-management and upselling. We're looking for someone with a proven sales record who can help drive the business to the next level. Candidates must have Motor Trade experience and will preferably have Fast-Fit industry experience (although Main Dealer or Independent Service/ MOT centre experience will also be considered with interest).
