Key Responsibilities: - Raise job cards and input technician time bookings and job details. - Collate and check documentation within agreed timescales. - Finalise parts used and hours charged, and close completed jobs. - Review and process service invoices, credits, and warranty claims. - Generate reports and maintain accurate records. Skills, Experience, and Education: - Communication: Strong customer service skills and a professional approach. - Knowledge/Expertise: Proven administration experience in a service or workshop environment; proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (intermediate level). - Innovation: Able to manage and prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure; flexible and results-driven with a positive attitude. - Business Impact: Excellent attention to detail and time management; willingness to travel within the UK and work overtime when required.
