Key Responsibilities * Acting as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. * Managing customer bookings, providing updates, and ensuring a smooth service experience. * Liaising with the workshop team to keep customers informed of their vehicle’s progress. * Upselling additional services and repairs where appropriate. * Handling customer queries and resolving issues to ensure maximum satisfaction. * Maintaining accurate records and managing invoicing. What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the automotive sector. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. * Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is a bonus but not essential.
