Wisteria Talent is recruiting for a experienced service advisor for a client based in Bristol. Our clients is a family owned business who is well recognised in the market. As a Service Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional care and attention throughout their vehicle service journey. From greeting customers and understanding their service needs to coordinating repairs and providing accurate cost estimate. The role is on-site Monday to Friday with a requirement to work a half day on Saturdays, which will be a 1 in 3 rota. Your hours of work will be between 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday with a Lunch break and 08:00 to 12:00 Saturday (on rota 1 in 3) What we're looking for: * Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude * Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail * Automotive knowledge in a similar job role is essential * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure * Team player mentality with a willingness to collaborate and support fellow colleagues If you are interested to find out more, please click apply below
