The Role: Silcom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established and highly respected dealership in Bognor Regis. This small yet reputable business has a stable management team and a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service. As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the service department, ensuring the smooth daily operation of aftersales by liaising with customers and technicians, managing bookings, and maintaining accurate service records.
