You’ll join a highly successful independent motor service centre and spares reseller with a credible and award winning history. The Job * Assisting with day to day administrative tasks such as managing client enquiries, setting up appointments and handling correspondence. * Learning to maintain accurate financial records and process invoices and payments. * Stock management to ensure the garage floor is always stocked. * Providing excellent customer service, establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. * Maintain a clean, tidy office and reception area, ensuring that the client areas are presentable at all times * Supporting the team with tasks as required and demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt. * Cash handling About You * Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems * Proven ability to upsell products or services to customers * Excellent service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers * Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records * Ability to multi task and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills. * Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred, but not required. * Full training will be provided for the right candidate This is a permanent position with an opportunity to join a thriving and successful family owed business. Working hours are 8.00 am - 5.00 pm.
