Key objectives for this Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor role: Use professional sales techniques to maximise service profitability. Raise customer awareness of all available group services. Deliver exceptional customer care and satisfaction. Maintain high standards of departmental administration. Requirements for this Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor role: Full UK driving licence. Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor in a dealership or workshop. Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills Duties: Respond to customer enquiries. Schedule vehicles for service/repair. Check in and track vehicles through the workshop. Handover vehicles to customers. Achieve incremental sales. Use technology to support processes. Manage performance and contribute to effective team working. Handle customer complaints and improve service processes. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. No Saturdays!
