The Role: We have an exciting new opportunity for a Service Advisor to join a client of ours based at their Southampton location! As a key member of their team, you'll play a crucial role at the heart of their operation. The successful candidate will be working within and alongside their Service Team, Workshop Controller and Management Team. Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor: Plan and schedule servicing, tachographs, and MOT bookings. Create and manage job orders efficiently. Obtain and update order numbers as needed. Complete and maintain the night board. Liaise with workshop control to communicate work arrival and status. Manage retail invoice costing and ensure accuracy. Package: Basic salary starting at £29,000 + (experience dependent). Hours: Monday – Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm] with a 30-minute lunch break. Flexibility within the role is essential to meet the needs of the business! (1-in-3) Saturdays [8:00am – 12:00pm].
