They are currently looking to hire a highly experienced Vehicle Service Advisor with exceptional up-selling skills. The successful candidate must be an organised individual who can deliver an excellent customer service experience in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities: Welcome customers and manage their experience throughout their journey of having their vehicle booked in all the way through to collection and delivery. Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle updates and additional work required. Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure they return to us. Maintaining the look and appearance of the reception area Suggest and recommend suitable service plans, warranties and add-ons to customers. To complete all necessary paperwork. To remain compliant and professional at all times.Essential requirements: Must have previous experience working as a Service Advisor. Full UK driving licence Excellent customer service skills Excellent telephone manner Strong customer-facing skillsHours, Pay and Benefits: Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am - 6.00 pm. 1 in 4 Saturdays - 8.30am to 12.30pm.
