2x Service Advisor – Poole Area Basic Salary: £29,000 – £31,000 | Plus Bonus OTE Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 18:00pm (1-hour lunch) 2 Saturday in a row and then 4 off. We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor/ to join a reputable and busy automotive team in the Poole area.. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced service environment and has strong knowledge of the motor trade. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service and repair process * Book customer vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair * Liaise between customers and the workshop to ensure clear communication * Upsell additional work and service plans where appropriate * Prepare job cards and ensure accurate documentation * Handle customer queries both face-to-face and over the phone Requirements: * Automotive trade experience is essential * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards * Confident, organised, and proactive approach * Familiarity with dealer management systems is advantageous What We Offer: * Competitive basic salary of £29k–£31k OTE * Must have a full UK Driving License * Uncapped OTE * Monday–Friday hours and 2 Staurdays in a Row and then 4 off * Supportive team environment * Ongoing training and career progression opportunities If you’re a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor looking for your next step in the Poole area, we’d love to hear from you
