VACANCY ALERT - SERVICE ADVISOR - MANCHESTER** Our client, the best motor trade employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assess their vehicle's service needs. - Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance. - Communicate service recommendations clearly and effectively. - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service. - Maintain excellent customer relationships and satisfaction. - Manage service appointments and follow-up with customers. - You will also be required to promote additional products and services as well as working with the Workshop Controller and the Service Manager. - Must have experience in the role, ideally within a prestige dealership Requirements: - Previous experience in automotive service or customer-facing roles preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in computer systems and automotive software. - A passion for cars and a desire to deliver top-notch service. Working hours/days: Mon - Fri - 8:00am to 6pm Sat - 8:30am - 12:30pm (On a rota) Salary: £28,665 basic £32,665 + OTE (Uncapped and people earning MUCH more) Who are you applying to?
