Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them - Perform vehicle inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs - Generate repair orders and communicate with technicians about customer concerns and recommended repairs - Provide estimates for repair costs and timelines - Upsell additional services or maintenance packages to customers - Coordinate with parts department to ensure necessary parts are available for repairs - Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs - Handle cash transactions and process payments Qualifications: - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems - Proven experience in upselling products or services - Excellent cash handling skills - Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
