We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive prestigious dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Brighton area. Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.   Benefits: Competitive basic salary of £29,500 per annum, negotiable based on experience Uncapped bonus scheme with an OTE of up to £35,000 Working hours Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM One in four Saturday mornings from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (retail work only, no workshop technicians involved) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with additional holiday entitlement based on service length Access to comprehensive company benefits and ongoing training opportunitiesRequirements: A working experience within a Service Advisor role The ability to upsell on service work and service plans Customer Focused and an excellent communicator Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database SoftwareDuties of role: Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems Update Customers and Vehicle Records Prepare and complete Invoices Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requiresFor your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £29,500 with OTE of circa £35,000.
