Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor: Scheduling appointments for vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Providing accurate cost estimates for repairs and maintenance. Addressing any concerns or issues raised by customers and following up with customers after service to ensure the highest level of satisfaction. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, service histories, and vehicle repairs and generating invoices and processing payments. Understanding the basic principles of vehicle mechanics to communicate effectively with technicians and customers. Recommending additional services or upgrades based on vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations. Motor trade experience essential!!! Package: Basic Salary of up to £30,000!!!
