You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, efficiently managing workshop bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Key Responsibilities: Building strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Accurately assessing customer vehicle requirements and providing clear, informative advice. Booking vehicles into the workshop, ensuring efficient workshop utilisation. Liaising with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs and services. Preparing and presenting repair estimates and invoices to customers. Maximising sales opportunities for additional products and services. Effectively utilising Dealer Management Systems (DMS) such as Drive or Kerridge. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.Essential Skills and Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry. Proven proficiency in using Dealer Management Systems (DMS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
