Notifying customers promptly of completion of work Ensuring customer awareness of all products and services available Producing invoices of work carried out. Upselling of various products Advising customers of necessary repairs.What we require from you: Main dealer experience or have experience of such. Alternatively, a strong sales background would be beneficial as technical training will be given. Possess good technical knowledge with ability to answer customer queries. Computer skills essential Knowledge of CDK desirable, although training will be given. Ability to use own initiative and multi-task. Possess exceptional organisational skills.
