Role Overview A dedicated Service Advisor is sought to join the team at a passenger car site in Heathrow. This role requires someone committed to providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing service and repair bookings to ensure all necessary resources are available and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure customer satisfaction by dealing effectively with customers. * Maintain and utilize workshop loading, keeping it up to date. * Proactively update customers on the progress of their vehicles. * Schedule vehicle bookings, ensuring convenience for both customers and the department. * Identify customer requirements and provide accurate, fully inclusive costings. * Produce accurate job cards, invoices, estimates, and related information. * Explain work carried out to customers, maximizing additional selling opportunities. * Produce warranty job cards in line with manufacturers' policies and procedures. * Accurately record all work requirements and identify retail, warranty, internal, and non-chargeable repairs. * Liaise with the Parts Department to ensure parts availability. Ideal Candidate: * Exemplary communication skills via email, telephone, and face-to-face. * Excellent organization and administration skills. * Previous working experience in administration and/or office environments. * Ability to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines. * Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is preferable. * Understanding of Kerridge is an advantage.
