NEW SERVICE ADVISOR JOB High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire Salary: 28k basic 34k ote + benefits YOLO Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our clients team in Buckinghamshire. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Duties of the successful Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor : * Greet customers and assist them with their service needs * Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar * Consult with customers to determine their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs * Provide accurate estimates for service costs and timeframes * Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs * Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle throughout the service process * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a professional manner * Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions You will need to have previous service or aftersales experience and a full UK driving license for this role. Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00. 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.00 – 12.00 which you get back once worked (4 hours time in lieu).
