NEW SERVICE ADVISOR JOB Reading Salary: 31k basic + benefits YOLO Recruitment are currently looking for a successful Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor that would enjoy working with a large, busy, and friendly team of 3 x other Advisors, a Workshop Controller, a Warranty Administrator, and a Service Manager. Salary for the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor : 26k basic, 31k OTE (uncapped service plan sales £25 per plan sold). Also, manufacturers bonus for CSi performance on top of OTE is available. Bonus based on CSi, department budget, service plan sales and red work upsell. You will need to have experience as a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor and a full UK driving license. Duties of the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor : * Sell additional products, services and repair works in a professional manner * Implementation of company and manufacturer service promotions (ALL IN and other Service plans) * Development of personal knowledge and experience in order to improve profitability, customer satisfaction and efficiency * Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available * Approach all customers and assist with requests * Maintain effective liaison with sales, parts and workshop team Hours for the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor : Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm with 1 hour lunch. 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am – 12:00pm which you get back once worked (4 hours time in lieu). .
