Duties of the successful Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor : * Sell additional products, services and repair works * Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available * Approach all customers and assist with requests * Maintain effective liaison with sales, parts and workshop team * Ensure the tidiness of the service reception area to promote the professional image You will need to have previous service or aftersales experience and a full UK driving license for this role.
