Job Title: Service Advisor Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (Depending on experience) £6,000+ in bonuses – uncapped Hours: Monday to Friday – NO Saturdays Hawkfield Recruitment is recruiting for a Service Advisor for a well-established Dealership in the Croydon area. Our client is a main dealership based in the Croydon area, and they are looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join their high-performing team. This is a fast-paced role and a nice busy aftersales department; applicants must have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and be able to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will have previous experience within the Aftersales department, whether that be Parts or Service. The Service Advisor role requires someone who is well organised, has good attention to detail, is customer-focused, and is confident in speaking with people over the phone and face to face.
