PH3162 Service Advisor £26,000 - £30,000 Full Time Permanent Monday -Friday / 8.30am-6pm I am helping my client to recruit a Service Advisor for their branch in Bedford on a full-time permanent basis. The Service Advisor will act as a liaison between the customer, workshop, and sales department. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of the service department. The primary responsibilities of this position are as follows: Help customers with their vehicle service requirements and comprehend their car problems. Inform customers about the available service alternatives and their associated costs. Deliver a comprehensive repair summary to mechanics and assist technicians by researching vehicle problems when required. Handle customer payments. Verify service contract and warranty coverage. Prepare and verify precise repair orders, together with supporting documentation. In order to excel in this position, it's essential that the candidate has previous experience as a Service Advisor or in the motor industry, and can demonstrate the ability to provide customers with sound advice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be highly organised, and be able to deliver exceptional customer service. Additionally, a full UK driving license is required.
