Service Advisor Woolwich Salary: Basic £31,500 - OTE £53000+ Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 6.00pm, 45 hours per week and Saturday 8.00am - 12.30pm (1 in 3, paid as additional hours) Ref: OC17904 Service Advisor role An opportunity has arisen to join us as a service team manager in Chingford. The Service Team Manager is responsible for every aspect of a customer's aftersales experience. The main purpose of the role is to supervise the team and dealing on a day-to-day basis with customers This role includes the day-to-day management of the service team. The role is to further the maximise sales, and profit opportunities through the delivery of the aftersales strategy and to exceed customer expectations at all times. The successful candidate will have experience in an aftersales role within the motor trade; and have strong communication skills, high attention to detail and good organisational skills.
