The main objectives for this role are: • To maximise service profitability through the use of professional sales techniques • To maximise customer awareness of all available group services • To ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times • To maintain excellent standards of departmental administration You will need to have a full UK driving license. Duties of the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor : • Responding to customer requests • Booking in vehicles for service / repair • Checking in vehicles • Track vehicle through the workshop • Handover the vehicle • Achieve incremental sales • Use technology effectively • Manage your own performance • Contribute to effective working • Deal with customer complaints • Contribute to improved service processes The perfect Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor will have: • Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills • Proven organisational and administration skills Hours for the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor : Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00.
