Job Title: Service Advisor Location: Farnham Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends) About Us: We are a well-established automotive service centre located in Farnham, dedicated to providing excellent customer service and top-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs. We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our friendly team. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding customer service both face-to-face and over the phone. Schedule service and repair appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow in the workshop. Provide customers with detailed information on services, costs, and timelines. Liaise between customers and the workshop to keep them informed of any additional work required and its cost implications. Handle invoicing and payments, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all details are logged in the system.Requirements: Previous experience as a Service Advisor, or in a similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
